Our Directors

Established in 1984 (as Luminis Pty Ltd) ARI is a wholly owned subsidiary company which acts as trustee of the ARI Investment Trust the sole beneficiary of which is the University of Adelaide. The Board of Directors includes six participants comprising ex officio the University's Deputy Vice-Chancellor and Vice-President (Research), Vice-President Services & Resources and the Managing Director of ARI, together with three external Directors.
