The Division comprises
- the Office of the DVC&VP(A) which includes the portfolio areas of the Pro Vice-Chancellor (International), the Pro Vice-Chancellor (Student Experience), Planning and Performance Reporting, and the Office for Future Students.
- Student Services and Administration which includes Student Support Services, Student Administrative Services, and the University Contact Centre.
- Professional and Continuing Education and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Education: Wilto Yerlo.

Office of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor & Vice-President (Academic)
Portfolio of the Pro Vice-Chancellor (International)The Pro Vice-Chancellor (International) is responsible for facilitating the development of strategic alliances and collaborative agreements with international partners including articulation, twinning and off-shore teaching arrangements, develop international policy, and monitor the welfare, progress and academic achievements of international students. The International Office also comes under this portfolio and is responsible for international student recruitment and marketing, international student admissions and the administration of study abroad and exchange programs. |

Portfolio of the Pro Vice-Chancellor (Student Experience)The focus of the Pro Vice-Chancellor (Student Experience) portfolio is on quality assurance in learning and teaching and academic support for staff and students. The Learning and Quality Support Unit, the Online Learning team and the Maths Learning Centre report to the PVC(SE). |

Planning and Performance ReportingPlanning and Performance Reporting is responsible for coordination of the University's planning processes, this includes preparing University performance reports, co-ordinating the University's statutory reporting obligations, load management, benchmarking, and the operation of the University's strategic planning and implementation and performance reporting framework. Planning and Performance Reporting is also responsible for the development of business intelligence tools to assist with the above. |

Office for Future StudentsThe Office for Future Students (OFFS) supports the expansion of university outreach activities, promoting the idea of university study as practical, possible and achievable for a broad range of students. OFFS includes a TAFE/VET team who manage our relationship and credit arrangements with TAFE and other VET providers; the Partnerships and Participation team who are responsible for coordinating the University's HEPPP projects and working with key community, government, education and industry stakeholders; the Adelaide Compass team who are involved in extensive outreach work in early and middle primary years; and our Future Students Engagement team who have responsibility for student recruitment activities. |

Student Services and Administration
Student Administrative ServicesStudent Administrative Services is responsible for admissions, enrolments and student records, undergraduate scholarships, examinations, graduations, student finance and student grievance resolution. Timetabling and Peoplesoft system configuration and support are also managed by Student Administrative Services. |

Student Support ServicesStudent Support Services comprises the International Student Centre, Accommodation Services, the Transition Unit, Counselling, Disability and Elite Athlete Services and Career Service. The aim of this unit is to aid in transition to and from University, and to provide assistance to students during their academic studies. |

University Contact CentreThe University Contact Centre is an information service and the main enquiry point for prospective domestic and international students. It incorporates Card Services and manages the Student Ambassadors Scheme. |

Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Education: Wilto Yerlo
Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Education: Wilto YerloAboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Education: Wilto Yerlo is responsible for recruiting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students to the University's foundation and degree programs from secondary schools in the metropolitan and regional areas, administering the Special Entry Access Scheme and providing support services to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students and staff in the University, overseeing the Indigenous Employment Strategy and the delivery of the University Foundation Studies Program for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students. |
Professional & Continuing Education
Professional & Continuing Education (PCE)PCE provides provide in excess of 380 courses, workshops and education programs every year to over 5000 participants from the community, professions, business and industry. Participants are drawn from throughout Australia and internationally, providing lifelong learning opportunities and pathways to the University. PCE incorporates the English Language Centre.
