Conference Registration Fees:
$200 per person
Registration includes lunch and afternoon tea on both days of the conference

Dinner:
A Conference Dinner will be held on Mon 26 May 2008 at Chris Jarmer on Air Bistro and Bar
The dinner fee is $80 per person and conference attendees are welcome to bring a partner
