Staff Learning and Development

We know that continued professional development is key to your success, that's why we are committed to giving you the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge by offering you practical and interesting programs.

Our programs are facilitated by members of the University community, or external consultants, and are geared toward personal and professional development. You can learn how to improve your communication skills, master presentations or be a better leader.

The Staff Learning and Development curriculum focuses on four themes:

1. Leading @ Adelaide -  developing the University’s leadership and management capability.
2. Excelling @ Adelaide - sustaining a high performance culture.
3. Growing your Career @ Adelaide - building careers.
4. Working @ Adelaide - understanding how to work in the University.

The following programs are currently available to support your development, attendance at programs should be linked to your PDR. Please discuss programs with your manager or supervisor prior to enrolling.
