Online Booking and Cancellation Policy

Booking

Enrolments in the staff learning and development programs are accessed via the Course Booking System. Programs advertised on the learning and development program list can be enrolled into up to 2 working days prior to the commencement of the program. If you have any difficulties regarding enrolments please contact Rachel Lange.

Costs

In support of the University of Adelaide's Great People Strategy, staff learning and development programs are provided at no cost to staff.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes you will need to cancel your attendance at a program.  If circumstances change and you no longer require a place, amendments should be made via the Course Booking System at least 2 working days prior to the commencement of the program. An administration fee may be charged for changes made after this time.

Any non attendance or cancellation in the 2 days prior to an enrolled program may incur a $75.00 fee. A cancellation fee will not be charged if you send an alternate in your place. Please update the Course Booking System with any amendments.

Organisational Development reserves the right to cancel a course where numbers are insufficient. Where possible alternative sessions will be offered.
