Planning Development and Review for Staff Program Overview

The PDR process provides mechanisms for focusing on goals and objectives, and for planning the resources and development required to make them possible. Benefits

- how to prepare for the discussion;
- how to set realistic expectations;
- how to participate in meaningful conversations;
- how to provide and receive constructive feedback; and
- how to make the process work for you.
Who should attend?
PDR applies to all continuing staff on a fixed term contract of 12 months or longer.
Program Details
This 4 hour customised workshop will be held regularly throughout 2010. You can attend a workshop open to all University staff, or a workshop can be delivered directly to a Faculty or Branch on request.
