Planning Development and Review for Staff
Program Overview
Does the thought of participating in a Planning, Development and Review (PDR) discussion make you break out in a sweat? If so, then this workshop is for you!
The PDR process provides mechanisms for focusing on goals and objectives, and for planning the resources and development required to make them possible.

Who should attend?
PDR applies to all continuing staff on a fixed term contract of 12 months or longer.
Program Details
This 4 hour customised workshop will be held regularly throughout 2010. You can attend a workshop open to all University staff, or a workshop can be delivered directly to a Faculty or Branch on request.
