Facilities Bookings

Facilities Bookings manages bookings for:

• Halls (Bonython Hall and Scott Theatre
• Please Note:  For Elder Hall Bookings contact Elder Hall Manager Claire Oremland Ph 8303 5925.
• Grounds for special events, e.g. displays, barbecues, concerts, conferences, photo opportunities, films and weddings.
• Building exteriors and fences to display banners
• Venues for major events, e.g. Open Day, O-Week, Festival of Ideas.

To hire any North Terrace Campus facility (building or external space) please direct your request to the Facilities Bookings office via email or by phone on 8303 5151 or 8303 3077.

Facilities Bookings will obtain the appropriate University approvals, however all external approvals such as liquor licences will be the responsibility of the event organiser.

The central booking service for all common teaching spaces and audio visual equipment is also provided for staff through Facilities Bookings.
