| Data Work Request Form | Request form for many Network Services at the University. |
| Email List Creation | Request for the creation of an email list |
| Email List Deletion | Request for the deletion of an email list |
| Generic Account Form | Request for the creation or deletion of a generic account. |
| Mobile Phone | Request for University mobile phone |
| Personal Computer MAC | For personally owned MACs which need access to the University IT network. |
| Personal Computer PC | For personally owned PCs which need access to the University IT network. |
| Shared Network Folder Access Request Form | Request creation of, access to, or removal of access from, a shared folder. |
| Training Booking | Book an IT training course. |
| Under 18 Access | Parental Consent Form for access to the Internet for Students who are under 18 years of age |
| Video Conference Booking | Video conferencing is available in several locations and can be booked using this form. |

| Voice Work Request Form | Request form for many telephone and voice services at the University. |
| Voicemail Request | Request for new voicemail account or changes to an existing voicemail account. |

| Liquor Licence Application | Request a liquor licence to serve alcohol on University grounds |
| Parking Permit Applications | Request a parking permit to park on University grounds |
