Digital Curriculum Delivery Project (MyMedia Upgrades)
The Digital Curriculum Delivery Project is currently underway and aims to upgrade the MyMedia system which is used by lecturers to capture and make available online lecture content to students. The project will both further develop the application to enhance its functionality, as well as upgrade the entire infrastructure which supports the system.
Benefits
- Allow more lecture media to be captured and processed, in a quicker timeframe, for delivery to students
- Provide additional redundancy and capacity for future growth of the system
- Provide functionality improvements and additional formats to lecturers
The Project is one part of the Learning & Teaching Program being delivered by the Technology Services branch in 2009. The program is a series of interdependent technology projects that will enable improved Information Technology capabilities in the areas of computing facilities, online lecture media and lecture facilities.
