Who has this course been designed for?

This program has been designed for senior executives, managers, professionals, team leaders working in public or private sector in service, process or manufacturing organisations. Participants are looking to extend their business improvement methodology knowledge and become involved in larger and more complex improvement projects often working in teams with other improvement specialists.

This course will help you:

  • Identify and action improvement projects using team based approaches

  • Develop an understanding of Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) based on the DMADV framework and various Lean Thinking based concepts
