NEW PROGRAM : Guest International Presenter
The issues facing both private and public organisations are extremely complex, and yet we are often surprised when solutions and decisions to address these issues fail to “solve” the problem. Indeed we all know cases when the solution made the problem worse!

Systems thinking in practice is based on the ideas raised by Peter Senge in his book on Learning Organisations, the Fifth Discipline. Harvard Business Review identified it as one of the seminal management books of the last 75 years. The program will give you a practical understanding of how you can apply systems thinking to your organisation.
“Systems thinking is a discipline for seeing wholes. It is a framework for seeing interrelationships rather than things, for seeing patterns of change rather that static snapshots” Peter Senge
