A Smoke-Free University
From 1 July 2010, the University is moving towards a smoke-free campus, inside and out.
In addition to the existing smoke-free environment in our buildings and facilities, all outdoor areas, including gardens, sporting grounds and car parks at the University's campuses will be soon smoke-free.
We are the FIRST higher education institution in the State to establish an entirely smoke-free environment. The North Terrace campus will be followed by the other campuses including Waite and Roseworthy and residential facilities over the next 12 months.

The University's Smoke-Free Chapter is part of the University's Health, Safety & Wellbeing Policy and Handbook.
Information for Students
Students who wish to quit smoking are encouraged to contact either the Counselling Service on 8303 5663 or to visit the University medical practice on the North Terrace campus.
