University Management Organisation Structure
The Management Organisation Structure (MOS) shows the relationship between faculties, schools and local units within the university. It indicates, among other things, which schools belong to which faculties.
When there is a change to the University's structure, its information systems must also change accordingly. As custodians of the Data Warehouse, Strategy and Planning coordinates the MOS change management process at the technical level.
This ensuring that change requests are
- authorised appropriately,
- implemented consistently throughout the University’s information systems and
- communicated to the University community.
Current MOS
The current Management Organisation Structure is effective from February 2011, incorporates approved changes since September 2004 and is the baseline against which new change requests are considered.
Change requests
Changes to the MOS can be requested by completing the Change Request Form.
The Process Map and the Roles and Responsibilities documents contain information to assist with completing the change request form.
If there are any queries about the organisation structure and the process for change, please contact Strategy and Planning on 36478.
