Request for Letter Form

Upon request, the University Contact Centre can issue students a letter. Please note that International students must obtain letters from the International Student Centre. Letters will not be released to students with outstanding fees

To request a letter, please fill out the following details and then click "submit" at the bottom of the screen. You may need to scroll down to complete all required fields.

You can also submit a request for a letter at the counter of the University Contact Centre (Level 4, Wills Building). If you have any questions about this form, please contact the Contact Centre on +61 8 8313 5208 or by email at enquiry@adelaide.edu.au.

NOTE: If you are required to provide a proof of enrolment to Centrelink, you can print your Enrolment List from Access Adelaide. You do not need to request a letter.

When you have finished please click 'Submit'. A copy of this form will be emailed to the University Contact Centre for processing. A copy will also be sent to your specified email address as a receipt. It will take approximately 3 business days to complete your request.
