ServicesThe experience of beginning university can be daunting for many people. Wilto Yerlo provides orientation support to help you adjust from school, community or working life to university. Once settled into academic life the many challenges university offers may also present difficulties. Wilto Yerlo Student Support Officers are aware of what students may experience and therefore ensure student support is available throughout student's time at university. Wilto Yerlo employs two full time Student Support Officers that are available on a drop-in or appointment basis. Wilto Yerlo Student Support Officers are Indigenous people with study experience and knowledge of the University of Adelaide procedures and protocols. Wilto Yerlo Student Support Officers can refer students to a diverse range of services available to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students. Contact us for more information. Wilto Yerlo Student Support Officers work in close consultation with students in order to meet the needs of the Wilto Yerlo student body. Student Support Officers endeavour to link students with the broader university services and activities aimed at furthering student independence and success. Wilto Yerlo staff are here to help students enjoy and succeed in their studies. Wilto Yerlo Student Support Officers are also available by appointment to visit schools, educational program, businesses or community to discuss opportunities available through Wilto Yerlo and the University of Adelaide.
